SVB LIVE is organised and delivered by Katie McIntyre and the Sports Venue Business and SVB LIVE teams. McIntyre is well known for her expertise in delivering high-level industry conferences at venues including Croke Park, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Anfield, Singapore Sports Hub, Marvel Stadium, Leopardstown Racecourse and The Etihad Stadium.

What is included with your delegate pass?

A Delegate Pass for SVB LIVE includes access to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, venue tours, etc, plus access to the SVB LIVE Business Club app for 12 months.

SVB LIVE attracts international C-suite executives from the sports and live entertainment industry. Attendees typically include executives and decision-makers seeking the latest insights and networking opportunities in their fields.

80+ high-level execs attended the SVB LIVE Global Networking Event at Marvel Stadium with 240 having taken part in the 2024 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition at Croke Park.

100+ predominately C-suite executives are set to descend on London’s Fulham Pier on June 4th for an SVB LIVE Global Networking Event, being delivered in association with Portview.

How do I receive my Delegate Pass?

Delegate passes are collected in person at the venue. You will receive activation instructions via the SVB LIVE Business Club app profile via email 2 weeks prior to the event/conference.

How do I inform you of my dietary requirements?

We strive to accommodate all dietary needs. Please indicate your dietary restrictions during the registration process or contact Cassandra Calleja, Head of Business Development & Client Relations at cass@sportsvenuebusiness.com at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure we can cater to your requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. However, while cancellations are not eligible for refunds, they can be rolled over to the next year. Substitute delegates are allowed if changes are requested in writing to Cassandra Calleja, Head of Business Development & Client Relations at least 10 days prior to the event commencement date. What happens if the event is cancelled, or I am unable to attend?

SVB LIVE does not reimburse travel or accommodation and does not accept cancellations of any kind. It is advised to utilise flexible booking and insurance policies from service providers.

Dress Code for SVB LIVE events & Other

The dress code for SVB LIVE events is business casual. Smart jeans and sneakers are acceptable. We strongly recommend that all attendees have the relevant insurance (health, travel etc) in place.
